What is your return/exchange policy?

  • If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary for damaged items. Please email info@PixiePacific.com for damaged items and include "Damaged" and your order number in the subject line.
  • If the item does not fit as expected, we will happily exchange it for a different size. Please email info@PixiePacific.com for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number (ie: Exchange order #8235) in the subject line.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping to our USA facility. Your new item and/or size will be sent back to you free of charge! We will happily issue a store credit for the cost of return shipping upon request.

    Am I able to cancel my order?

    • At this time, we are unable to offer cancellations. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests. Order with confidence, we are certain you'll love your suit!

    Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

    • Yes, absolutely! We will be releasing more styles and products each week! Be sure to follow us on Instagram and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals.

    Do you ship worldwide?

    • Yes, we offer complimentary Worldwide shipping!

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order so please be patient, it's worth the wait. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

    May I get a tracking number?

    • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking once the order is processed (1-4 business days). Email: info@PixiePacific.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. Please be patient when waiting to hear back, we promise we're working hard to service you!

      Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

      • Of course! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

      How can I pay?

      • We currently accept all major credit card payments. If you'd like to pay with PayPal, Venmo or Cash app, please contact us via email and we'll create a custom invoice for your order.

      What happens if I type in the wrong address?

      • Please email us (info@PixiePacific.com) with your order number and the correct address. If the item(s) haven't been shipped, we'll gladly correct your order details. If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If you feel you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

      Taxes & Duties:

      • We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
