FAQs

What is your return policy?

  • If the item is defective we will accept an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the item does not fit as expected, we will happily exchange it for a different size.
  • Please email: support@pixiepacific.com for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping to our USA facility. Your new item and/or size will be sent back to you free of charge!

Am I able to cancel my order?

  • At this time, we are unable to offer cancellations. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request.

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

  • Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

May I get a tracking number?

  • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@pixiepacific.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

    Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

    • Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

    How can I pay?

    • We currently accept all major credit card payments! If you'd like to pay with PayPal, please contact us via email and we'll create a custom invoice for your order.

    What happens if I type in the wrong address?

    • If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@pixiepacific.com  and we will change it to the correct address if it hasn't been shipped. It is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please be diligent make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders! If you feel you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

    Taxes & Duties:

    • We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
