Pixie Pacific Refund Policy
Our return policy is 14 days after receiving your item. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2) Condition of item(s) returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned as unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3) Exempt items
Several types of items might be exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards & Health and personal care items
4) Requirements for a return
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get instructions on how to return your item(s). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, like your confirmation email.
*** Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as they do not have access to your order and will be unable to complete your return request.
5) Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds (up to 50% of paid amount) are granted (if applicable):
- Obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
6) Approved or Rejected Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of us receiving your item.
7) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your actual bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
8) Partial Refunds for Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)
In the case of partial refunds (section 5), only regular priced items may be partially refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be partially refunded.
9) Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or otherwise given written permission (email is okay) for exchange by Pixie Pacific. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject, "Exchange: Order (put your order number here)", and you will receive instructions on how to get your exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the paid value of your purchase. Once the returned item is received, a unique checkout code for the paid value of your item will be emailed to your email on file within 14 to 30 days.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
11a ) Shipping
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com to receive instructions on where to ship your item for a return.
11b) Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and if shipping was free at the time of your order, the cost of the initial order's shipping (usually $6) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the transit time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
